Oceanfront home with sweeping views of the coast and the islands, walk to the beach and coffee shops. See whales and dolphins from almost every room and the hot tub. A private peninsula (a former WWII cannon site) provides privacy and whitewater views up and down the coast. Hear the waves at night. Other features include bikes, fire pit, EV charging, and game room. The backyard is entirely fenced - pets welcome.
Beach Access: The house in located on a bluff overlooking the ocean. Access to the beach is via a set of stairs just down the street. The house comes with stand-up paddle boards, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc.

A bike ride away (four bikes are included with the house) are Shoreline Grill, the Marina, the Funk Zone, State Street, and the Zoo.
